Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Lemongrass Thai Therapy. By booking an appointment and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Appointments & Cancellations

6-Hour Rule: Cancellations or amendments made with less than 6 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge applied to your next booking.
No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice will result in a 100% fee charge or a permanent block from future bookings.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full treatment fee will still apply.

2. Health & Medical Liability

Health Disclosure: You must inform your therapist of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before your treatment begins.
Client Responsibility: Any health disclosure is entirely at your discretion. It is your sole responsibility to make the therapist aware of your health status before each session.
Physiological Effects: Thai massage therapies can affect people differently. You accept that you may experience bodily changes, such as a temporary increase or drop in blood pressure, during or after the treatment.
Medical Advice: Our treatments are for relaxation and therapeutic well-being. They do not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Liability Waiver: Lemongrass Thai Therapy is not liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or condition aggravated by a failure to disclose health information.

3. Gift Vouchers & Special Offers

Expiry Date: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
Day Restrictions: Vouchers cannot be used for appointments booked on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Non-Refundable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person without prior agreement.
Booking Rules: Our standard 6-hour cancellation policy applies to bookings made using gift vouchers. Late cancellations will void the voucher value.

4. Refunds & Payments

Service Purchases: Payments for completed massage treatments are non-refundable.
Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with your treatment, you must inform your therapist or management during the session so we can address it immediately.

5. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

Data Collection: We collect your contact details solely to manage bookings and communicate updates.
Medical Details: We do not record, document, or store any of your medical details or health histories.
Data Security: Your personal contact information is stored securely and treated with strict confidentiality.
Third Parties: We will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Client Conduct & Safety

Zero Tolerance: We operate a strict professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session, a full charge, and a permanent ban.
Illness Policy: If you have a cough or a cold, please cancel your appointment. Do not attend if you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of a contagious illness.
Hygiene & Sport: Do not come for a treatment directly from a sports activity or the gym unless you have showered first. Cleanliness is essential for the comfort and hygiene of our therapists.
Undergarments: You must wear appropriate undergarments at all times during your session.
Treatment Clothes: We will provide clean loose-fitting over-clothes for traditional therapies that require them, such as a Traditional Thai Massage.
Age Restriction: All clients must be aged 18 or over.
Solo Attendance: To maintain a safe and calm environment, you must attend your appointment alone.
Punctuality: Do not arrive early for your appointment. Our therapists require this time for deep cleaning and sterilization between clients.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Therapist Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, displays symptoms of contagious illness, or behaves aggressively
